Payment Policy

We want to make our payment process is clear and simple for all families.

• Patient responsibility is due at check-in. This includes copays, deductibles, or coinsurance amounts.
• If your deductible hasn’t been met or you have coinsurance, you’ll be asked to pay a flat rate of $40 at check-in.
• If your insurance plan has a high deductible, we may ask you to pay the estimated full amount of the visit upfront. This helps prevent your balance from building up and keeps your account current.
